Unity in the Body of Christ

There are many reasons why people are categorized, divided, and put into groups. Everywhere you look you can clearly see, and sometimes feel, the separation that we’ve created between us. But there is one group that has been created for absolute unity – do you know what it is?

God meant for us to all come together through His love to FORM ONE entity. He sent Jesus to connect us with Him so we may become part of the Body of Christ, no matter who you are, where you’re from, where you live, what country you represent, religion you were brought up in, what race you are, how much money you have, what you’ve done, who your parents are, what school you went to — well, I think you get the picture. The Body of Christ is for ALL.

“so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.“

– Romans 12:5

We are Interracial Gospel – with a mission to provide a forum for individuals of all races, cultures, and backgrounds to receive spiritual guidance, resources and information as aligned with the Holy Bible and the belief in Jesus as our Lord and Savior, with a focus on increasing, educating, and unifying the Body of Christ.

There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

– Galatians 3:28 NIV

With unity comes strength. As the Body of Christ, we are meant to have the strength and power of Jesus, continuing the work He did while on Earth, as His disciples. The strength of us as one will surpass anything we could do individually. As long as we are divided, we will not reach the level of maturity as Believers that we are meant to rise to.

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. 

– Ephesians 4:11-13

Once we are unified, we will reach a strength and power that will rise us above anything the world tries to have against us. Unification starts with love, and it continues through the alignment we have with the Word of God and the likeness of Jesus.

Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

Interracial Gospel is a ministry grounded in our faith in Jesus, committed to bringing the light of God’s love and His message of truth and salvation to all those in the world (Mark 16:15). Equality and acceptance among all races and cultures is a significant part of truly unifying the Body of Christ, and we have created Interracial Gospel as a means of spreading that message and helping to provide a resource in which this is achieved. There should be no color identified in the Body of Christ, just one love and truth that Jesus brought to all those in the world (Romans 15:6).
